Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Malaysia
* West Malaysia: 5–10 business days
* East Malaysia: 7–14 business days
International Orders
* Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Dream in Colours Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Dream in Colours Co. is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Multiple Shipments
As some of our products are fulfilled by different trusted suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
Dream in Colours Co. has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Lost or Damaged Packages
