At Dream in Colours Co., we want you to have a positive shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by customers, or products that have been used.

As many of our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After this period, your order may already be processed for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

* A damaged item
* A defective item
* The wrong product

please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing: dreamincoloursco@gmail.com.

Please include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos showing the problem

We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Items that have been used
* Personal care products
* Custom or personalised products
* Clearance or sale items
* Gift cards
* Digital products (if applicable)


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies under our damaged or incorrect item policy, we will arrange an appropriate replacement where possible.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
